The problem
A Tashkent startup wanted a single booking marketplace across three unrelated verticals — medicine, restaurants and public figures — with a consumer app on both stores and a business side for the providers.
What we did
- 01
Built the consumer mobile app in React Native as a developer, then took over the product as project manager — from backlog and priorities to release.
- 02
Modelled three verticals on one booking core: provider profiles, availability, requests and confirmations, with vertical-specific fields.
- 03
Planned features as specifications (how, where, when each component works) and coordinated the team through store releases.
Where it landed
1SONiA is published on Google Play and the App Store as a booking platform connecting users with clinics, restaurants and public figures in Uzbekistan.
