The problem
Exporters had to visit separate agencies for market information, exhibition participation, international certification, advertising support and export loans. The ministry wanted one digital entry point.
What we did

Worked directly with the government customer on requirements, acceptance criteria and launch.

Structured the services — market data, exhibitions and fairs, international advertising, certificates, bank loans, cost-reduction programmes — into one navigable portal.
- 03
Delivered a companion Android app so the portal is reachable from the field.
Where it landed
The portal is live and published on Google Play, giving entrepreneurs organised access to state export-support instruments.
