The problem
Agents wrote orders on paper and entered them after hours. The warehouse started picking a day late, and pricing errors were common.
What we did

Shipped an agent app that carries the price list and customer debt offline.

Made the order form refuse impossible combinations at entry, instead of failing later in the warehouse.

Synced orders opportunistically, with a visible queue so the agent knows what has landed.
Where it landed
Picking starts the same afternoon, pricing disputes largely disappeared, and the evening data-entry shift is gone.
