Problem
Exporters had to visit separate agencies for market information, exhibition participation, international certification, advertising support and export loans. The ministry wanted one digital entry point.
What we did
- Worked directly with the government customer on requirements, acceptance criteria and launch.
- Structured the services — market data, exhibitions and fairs, international advertising, certificates, bank loans, cost-reduction programmes — into one navigable portal.
- Delivered a companion Android app so the portal is reachable from the field.
Result
The portal is live and published on Google Play, giving entrepreneurs organised access to state export-support instruments.
